A magistrate has fined a northern suburbs man who has previous links to the Comanchero bikie gang over minor drug charges.
Magistrate Raelene Johnston fined James Stephen McCorry $600 with $272.70 court costs in relation to two counts of unlawfully possessing a controlled or prescription drug.
Mr McCorry, who did not appear in court, was accused of possessing the drugs in Quinns Rocks on January 23.
The court heard police searched a bag in the front bedroom of a house and found four Viagra tablets. They also found nine Diazepam tablets.
The drugs were ordered for destruction.
