Following the receipt of its economic mine license, Barkly Rare Earths has received the natural light to launch a huge 10, 000-meter investigation plan at the company’s premier Barkly rare earths initiative in Northern Territory.
The company received the necessary notice of power to begin a cycle one resource expansion program designed to significantly expand its already extensive footprint for rare earths thanks to the milestone authorization from the Minister for Mining and Energy. This is in addition to Barkly’s already-active deemed miners license.
RSC, a specialist international source development consultant, will be in charge of the boots-on-the-ground program manager, who will provide professional oversight and quality control.
More than 400 deep holes with an average degree of 25 meters make up Barkly’s campaign’s high-impact program. Mobilization is anticipated for late May, and drilling will begin in June when earth conditions dried out.
The Barkly project’s inferred mineral resource, which is currently 40 million tonnes and is 2100 parts per million Total Rare Earth Oxide ( TREO ), will be tested for a lateral expansion by the program, which will yield 82000 tonnes of contained TREO.
