After colliding with a vehicle in Sydney’s northwestern suburbs, a 15-year-old son was taken by ambulance helicopter to Randwick Children’s Hospital.

Following reviews of the event, ambulances were called to Abbott Road in North Curl Curl on Monday at around 4.45pm.

The child was found by the team in a critical but stable condition in a NSW Ambulance save aircraft. He received medical attention for lower knee injury.

The girl was transported to the doctor’s intensive care unit.

Police have not yet determined the cause of the incident, but witnesses reported to Nine News that the car appeared to divert toward the passenger in a possible road rage incident.

A murder scene had been established, according to police, and examinations were continued.

The car’s vehicle suffered no harm.

A 17-year-old child has been fighting for her life after riding her motorcycle in the northwest of Sydney immediately.

A man was also charged with unsafe driving in an alleged road-rage incident involving a vehicle and a group of e-bikes on Sunday after allegedly smashing his automobile into one. The horse of another e-bike reportedly used a piece of wood to slam the rear window of the car.
