A wedding ceremony nearly turned into a logistical crisis until a Swiggy Instamart delivery rider arrived at the venue with an emergency order, creating a viral moment that the internet is now calling peak “shaadi management.”

The now-viral video, shared on Instagram by user Supriya Mattapalli, shows a Swiggy Instamart delivery partner entering the wedding venue mid-function while guests rush to collect the urgently needed item.

According to the clip, the order reportedly contained firewood required for the havan ceremony, making the delivery unexpectedly crucial for the rituals to continue smoothly.

Anyone who has attended a big Indian wedding knows that despite months of planning, there is always one forgotten item that suddenly becomes the most important thing in the building. In this case, social media users joked that the sacred wedding fire itself was apparently depending on India’s 10-minute delivery economy.

The video captures guests quickly carrying the package toward the mandap area while ceremonies continue around them. A caption on the clip joked that the wedding “depended on a 10-minute delivery,” and the internet wholeheartedly agreed.

Things became even funnier when Swiggy Instamart itself entered the comments section.

Responding to the viral video, the company wrote, “Aur kuch chahiye?? Abhi laake deta hu” (“Need anything else? I’ll bring it right away”), a reply that users instantly praised for perfectly understanding the chaos of Indian weddings.

The comments section soon filled with jokes and memes. Some users called Instamart the “real wedding planner,” while others imagined panicked relatives desperately tracking the rider’s live location while priests waited beside the havan kund.

Many also pointed out how bizarrely normal this situation felt in modern India, where quick-commerce apps are now expected to solve everything from midnight snack cravings to full-scale wedding emergencies.

At this point, social media joked, Indian weddings may soon need four essentials: a pandit, a photographer, a caterer and a reliable Instamart rider.
