World Red Cross Day 2025: World Red Cross Day, also known as Red Crescent Day, is an annual event held on May 8 to honour the birth anniversary of Henry Dunant, a Swiss businessman and the founder of the Red Cross, the world’s largest humanitarian aid organisation.
