Students waiting for the TS Intermediate Results 2026 may not have to wait much longer. The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is expected to release the TS Inter 1st and 2nd Year results soon, tentatively around April 8–12, 2026.
After the announcement, students will be able to check their results online by entering their hall ticket number on the official results portal, the link for which is tgbie.cgg.gov.in

The TS Intermediate Results 2026 will be released for both General and Vocational streams.
All the students can check the TS Inter 1st year, 2nd year scorecards directly on the India Today Board Result 2026 page.

WHEN WILL TS INTERMEDIATE RESULTS 2026 BE RELEASED?
The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has not officially announced the result date yet. However, based on the ongoing evaluation process, the TS Intermediate Results 2026 are likely to be declared by April 12, 2026.
The evaluation of answer scripts started on March 4, 2026, soon after the examinations began. The board is currently finalising the assessment process and compiling the results for official release.

A total of 9,97,075 students appeared for the exams this year, including:
- 4,89,126 First Year students
- 5,07,949 Second Year students
HOW TO CHECK TS INTER RESULTS 2026 ONLINE?
Students can check their TSBIE Intermediate Results 2026 online by visiting the official results website and clicking on either the TS Inter 1st Year Results 2026 or TS Inter 2nd Year Results 2026 link.
After that, they need to enter their hall ticket number and submit the details.
Once submitted, the marks memo will be displayed on the screen. Students are advised to download the results and take a printout for future reference.
The online marks memo is provisional. Original certificates will be issued later through the respective colleges.
Students can also download their digital marksheets from DigiLocker under the education category.
WHEN WERE TS INTER EXAMS 2026 CONDUCTED?
The Telangana Intermediate examinations were conducted from February 25 to March 17, 2026, for First Year students, while the Second Year exams were held from February 26 to March 18, 2026.
The evaluation process began on March 4, 2026, even before the examinations concluded, to ensure an early declaration of the TS Intermediate Results 2026.
WHAT WERE THE PREVIOUS YEAR TS INTER RESULT TRENDS?
Looking at previous years’ data helps estimate the likely announcement timeline for TS Inter Results 2026 and understand performance trends. In 2025, a total of 4,88,430 students appeared, with an overall pass percentage of 71.37%, showing a strong improvement.
In 2024, 5,02,280 students took the exam, but the pass percentage dropped to 63.49%. In 2023, 3,80,920 students appeared, and the overall pass percentage was 65.26%.
These figures indicate fluctuations in both student participation and pass rates, with 2025 showing the highest success rate among the three years.
The pass percentage fluctuates annually, and this year’s performance will depend on overall exam difficulty and evaluation.
PASSING MARKS FOR TS INTERMEDIATE EXAMS 2026
Students must secure at least 35 percent marks in each subject to pass the TS Intermediate examinations.
The grading system is as follows:
- 75 percent and above – Grade A
- 35 percent to 74 percent–Pass
- Below 35 percent–Fail
Students must pass each subject individually.
CAN STUDENTS APPLY FOR RE-EVALUATION OR RECOUNTING?
Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation, recounting, or request a photocopy of their evaluated answer script. The application process will be available online after the declaration of the TS Intermediate Results 2026, and candidates must submit their requests within the deadline specified by TSBIE.
WHEN WILL TS INTER SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS BE CONDUCTED?
Students who fail in one or two subjects can appear for supplementary exams, expected to be held in June or July 2026.
However:
- Students failing in three subjects may need to appear in the next academic year
- Supplementary results will be announced shortly after the exams
Candidates should keep their hall tickets handy, regularly check the official portal, and download their provisional marks memo once released. Students unhappy with their marks can opt for re-evaluation, while those who fail in limited subjects will get another opportunity through supplementary exams in June or July 2026.
