Violet Grohl, a teenager, is unconcerned with being called a nepo.
The 19-year-old singer is the daughter of former Nirvana musician Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, but she isn’t bothered by claims that she is succeeding because of her father’s fame.
In a recent interview with The Forty-Five, she stated,” Of course, doors are open for me because of my last name.”
No, I worked so hard for this, I’m never going to hide behind or declare it. You men ought not to suggest that. That makes me feel uncomfortable.

Grohl has been accused of doing so for decades and doesn’t let them trouble her.
I’ve heard that since I was 13 years older. So you can have any number of nepos. It’s “whatever” to me.

Grohl, who did relieve her debut studio album, Get Nice to Me, in May, expressed gratitude for the privileges she enjoys.
She said,” I’m beyond thankful for the life that I was born into.”
” It’s like a pleasure to be around players and in a setting where I can develop and develop as a producer.”
Grohl argued that more female musicians should create punk music because some spaces in the music industry are also barred from female artists.
She said,” It also feels like an unique scene.”
There are many people saying,” Oh, you’re very fragile, you’re too feminine, this isn’t your place,” especially when they want to listen to really extreme shit and move around and mooch.
However, I do want to get there, and I am aware that there are many more female there as well.
If these areas aren’t going to allow it, then I think more ladies should make hippie music.
