Qualified candidates will now move on to the next phase: the Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews, conducted by the Ministry of Defence. These interviews will determine admission to the 155th NDA course and the 117th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC), both scheduled to begin on January 2, 2026.
All candidates shortlisted at this stage have provisional status. As per UPSC’s notice, candidates must register on the Indian Army’s recruitment website, joinindianarmy.nic.in, within two weeks of the result declaration to be allotted SSB interview centres and dates. Those already registered do not need to sign up again.
The UPSC also noted that any login or registration-related queries can be addressed via email at dir-recruiting6-mod@nic.in.
During the interview process, candidates must carry original documents verifying their age and educational qualifications.
