Suki Waterhouse has publicly celebrated her daughter’s second birthday.
The 34-year-old is usually private about her home life, but in a rare post took to Instagram to share a rare glimpse of the girl she shares with 39-year-old actor Robert Pattinson.
Marking the child’s second birthday with a photograph from an Elmo-themed party, the actress, singer and model posted the image to her Instagram Stories on Monday (09.03.26), showing Suki crouching beside someone dressed as the Sesame Street character Elmo.
In the black-and-white photograph, Suki is seen smiling while looking into the distance as the costumed character stands next to a large balloon arch decorated with Elmo faces.
A sign positioned nearby appeared to be dedicated to the birthday girl, whose name has not been publicly announced. Suki and Robert, who became engaged in December 2023, welcomed their daughter privately in March 2024 and have largely kept details about the child out of the public eye.
Captioning the image shared online, Suki wrote: “My princess is 2 she’s the light of my life (Cupid heart emoji.)”
Suki first revealed she was expecting her first child with Robert during a live performance in November 2023.
In the months that followed, the singer and actor appeared at several red-carpet events where she was photographed holding or cradling her baby bump.
The couple later welcomed their daughter in March 2024, though Suki publicly confirmed the birth only weeks later.
Since becoming parents, Suki and Robert have rarely spoken publicly about their daughter.
But Suki did briefly discuss life as a mother during an interview with Today as part of the programme’s 8 Before 8 video series in December 2024.
During the interview, Suki described a daily routine she shares with Robert and their daughter.
She said: “We have a routine of putting her in the swimming pool and jumping in and out of the pool.
“That’s just always the most fun. End of the day, 5pm, we all get in the pool and be silly. It’s amazing.”
Suki has continued to maintain a relatively private approach to family life despite her public career as both an actress and musician.
Robert, known for starring in The Batman, has similarly kept details about their daughter out of the public spotlight.
