- Tata Motors: Reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 8,556 crore in Q4FY25, down 51.2% from Rs 17,528 crore in Q4FY24. Total income stood at Rs 1,21,012 crore, marginally up from Rs 1,20,431 crore last year.
- Bharti Airtel: Posted a net profit of Rs 11,022 crore, a 432% surge from Rs 2,071.6 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue from operations rose 27% YoY to Rs 47,876.2 crore.
- Max Financial: Consolidated revenue excluding investment income rose 12% YoY to Rs 32,620 crore. Including investment income, revenue stood at Rs 46,497 crore with PAT at Rs 403 crore.
- Bharti Hexacom: Reported a 110.4% YoY jump in net profit to Rs 468.4 crore. Revenue rose 22.5% to Rs 2,289 crore, while EBITDA grew 33% to Rs 1,167.8 crore.
- Standard Glass Lining: Launched new Glass-Lined Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers in collaboration with Japan’s AGI Group on May 14, offering improved safety and corrosion resistance.
- GSK Pharma: Q4 revenue rose 6% YoY to Rs 966 crore, with profit at Rs 260 crore. FY25 profit surged 32% to Rs 915 crore. Final dividend of Rs 42 per share recommended.
- Aditya Birla Capital: Q4FY25 net profit stood at Rs 885 crore, down 30% YoY. Revenue rose 13% to Rs 12,214.04 crore from Rs 10,779.71 crore last year.
- Honeywell Automation: Revenue up 17.2% YoY to Rs 1,114.5 crore. Net profit dropped 5.4% to Rs 140 crore, EBITDA declined 6.25% to Rs 159.4 crore with a margin of 14.3%.
- ASK Automotive: Net profit increased 20.5% YoY to Rs 57.6 crore. Revenue rose 8.6% to Rs 849.7 crore, while EBITDA surged 25.9% to Rs 103.9 crore.
- Metropolis Healthcare: Q4 net profit fell 19.4% YoY to Rs 29 crore. Revenue grew 4.3% to Rs 345.3 crore, but EBITDA dropped 22% to Rs 62.3 crore; margins narrowed to 18%.
- Siemens: Q2 net profit declined 27.4% YoY to Rs 582.5 crore, impacted by higher costs and absence of a Rs 192 crore gain recorded last year. Demerger expenses totaled Rs 63 crore.
- VIP Industries: Reported a wider net loss of Rs 27.4 crore vs Rs 23.9 crore YoY. Revenue fell 4.3% to Rs 494 crore. EBITDA declined 18.2% to Rs 6.3 crore, with a margin of just 1.3%.
