Since giving up alcohol nearly seven years ago, Marcus Mumford relies on caffeine and nicotine.
The 38-year-old Mumford and Sons sun gave up alcohol when he was in his early 30s, but he has since admitted that he still relies on nicotine chewing gums and that he takes espresso “way more really” now that he is sober.
The singer responded to the question “yes, it’s my last remaining evil another than pleasure and public c***yness” while making an appearance on the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard radio. The last of my seven is Nicorette [gum]… There is no harm in doing so. My doctor said,” Had at it, leaf.”
He continued,” I get a buzz from my first cup of coffee and I’ve taken it much more seriously since I stopped drinking… [ I was ] about 31… I don’t actually know. ]” I believe 2019 is the year we are today, 2026, which is six and a half years. I’m 38]now ]”.
Marcus continued by discussing his future 40th day, saying:” Coming into our perfect… I feel great. I do. Finding a place in between our children and our families is kind of a good place to be sorting things out in.
There has appeared to be a little change in power, I believe. When you used to depend on your elders ‘ thoughts a little bit, I now feel like it’s time to understand what I think. For a while, I didn’t include the solutions. I was flooded with inquiries.
But, Marcus revealed that Carey Mulligan, the actress’s family, has trouble remembering his time and that his birthday card was incorrect, so the singer had to use a calculator to tell her.
He explained that my wife and I are but terrible at math that on my last day she wrote,” Content 39th day,” and it took me a full three days before I went next door with my computer with the year minus the month I was born, which I thought was a very ingenious method to do it. Turns out I was 38.
She also gave me an extra year for my birthday, so I guess.
