The businessman executive chairman of WiseTech Global, Richard White, has reached a settlement with a second person who has come forward with accusations that he had offered her financial aid and assistance with her immigration in exchange for sex.
The businessman, who transformed a start-up into a$ 30 billion logistics software empire, has been plagued by allegations of inappropriate behavior toward former employees.

Heidemann, who spent 15 months at WiseTech, claimed that Light” cultivated a personal relationship” by presenting himself as a “mentor and benefactor.” White reportedly hired her at his private firm RealWise Management despite not paying her any wages or retirement after she was fired during the COVID-19 crisis.
Instead, he paid for her English classes, rented her an house in Mascot, north of Sydney’s CBD, and supported her financially.
Heidemann claims that White’s behavior was “planned and premeditated” and that he” treated her with degrading care” by tying her immigration status and financial security to his” physical demands.”
White and Linda Rogan, a Sydney healthcare businessman, split up in October. After the business served a debt notice to her in October, the year-long dustup between White and Rogan exploded into public, and she filed a request for it to be rejected. Rogan claimed that White had promised to pay for her company funding by having sex with her.
Following a joint investigation by The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and The Financial Review that involved a previous lover and allegations of abuse and harassment by a former chairman, White was forced to step down as the shipping system company’s CEO in October.
The WiseTech plank was prompted by the revelations to set up a review to look into the accusations of unacceptable behavior by women toward White. White was cleared in November by initial results of the assessment.
But, this masthead reported in February that two people, one of whom was a company and the other of whom was an employee, had complained to the organization about his do.
Four separate managers abruptly resigned in February due to the deadlock over the release of the document and White’s continued employment at WiseTech.
