If you are a fan of Korean dramas, you must also find yourself craving Korean food. South Korea’s cuisine has gained immense popularity worldwide, but it is predominantly non-vegetarian. However, if you are a vegetarian, do not be disheartened, as you can still enjoy Korean flavours by using paneer. One of the most famous Korean snacks is the corn dog, a type of hot dog. You can easily make a vegetarian version of this at home using paneer.
Ingredients For Making Korean Paneer Corn Dog:

- 500 grams paneer
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 3 teaspoons rice flour
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 cup water
- 3 teaspoons oil
Recipe
- First, cut the paneer into 4-inch-long pieces and insert a wooden stick into each one.
- In a bowl, combine rice flour, black pepper powder, salt, Kashmiri chilli, and chilli flakes.
- Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth batter. In a separate bowl, crush the cornflakes by hand.
- Pour the batter into a glass and dip the paneer pieces into it, ensuring they are well coated.
- Then, roll them in the crushed cornflakes.
- Heat oil in a pan on the stove. Once hot, deep fry the paneer corn dogs using the sticks.
- When they turn golden brown, remove them from the pan. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
