Kevin Federline has stated that he still feels” a bit love” for Britney Spears, claiming that her battles were shaped by how she was treated when she was younger.

The 47-year-old past dance discussed the forces his ex-wife, who raised children Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, faced from their youth, in a recent interview on Chris Jericho’s Speak Is Jericho audio, and how those early years shaped anything that came afterward.

Kevin remarked,” Right. Because this isn’t just about her, that’s where a lot of my love for her comes from. Many people in the advertising seem to point fingers and work as though,” Oh, you’re doing this and you’re bashing her.” No. I don’t mean to say that this is all she does. There are so many different issues happening in this place and in the world. You understand what I mean when I say that Hollywood is to blame. One hundred and one. Giving a man everyone, expecting them to be who you want them to be, and letting them become who they are.

And you are speaking as if that was when that began at 16 years older. There were many stuff before, and she certainly did, Mickey Mouse Club and all that. However, we are not talking about one-hit wonder types when a 16-year-old is in a situation where they drop a history and it quickly spreads all over the world, man, and it eventually grows bigger. By the time we were up, she had already been on the radar and at the top of the charts for centuries, as you said.

How do you also know that you are so young that you are unable to even understand? You are completely unaware of who you are. You don’t know anything about people. So it seems like she’s trying to figure out all of these things, and all of that comes into play when I consider her condition.

In order to escape the chaos of Hollywood in 2023, Kevin, who is now married to Victoria Prince, spoke to advertise his new memoir, You Thought You Knew, in which he discusses having to intervene when Britney’s troubles were having an impact on the lives of their kids.

He stated,” There were so many aspects of things that were going on around her, and for me, whenever I talk about it in my book, a lot of it — the things that I get annoyed about, the things that have happened over this — is all the things that directly affects my children.”

Kevin continued,” That’s where I kind of had to draw a line where it’s like, OK…’ And yet when we were together — I talk about it in my book — so many times I let things go because of that mindset. However, you have to hold someone accountable for the choices they make at some point, particularly when it has an impact on our children.

And that’s the war I’ve battled for 20 years, and that’s the one I discuss in this guide. I hoped that the circumstance would eventually get to a point where it would be beneficial for the home, but it never did. And that’s where the stress is, knowing that my children will still have to cope with anything I’ve been through for the past 20 years.

Kevin’s remarks come just weeks after more facts about Britney’s most recent arrest in California were made public.

Before a one-hourlong officers pursuit that ended with the singer being arrested on suspicion of DUI, a 911 caller reported to authorities that the pop star was “driving wildly.”

The visitor reportedly described her as” all over the road” and “prompting soldiers to record her car until she finally stopped.”

Britney was afterwards booked before being released, according to police sources who told the store that she “appeared disoriented” when approached.

Fans have expressed renewed concern over the affair, especially given that Britney has struggled with her mental heath and was freed from the boundaries of a protracted custody in 2021, has been mostly out of the public attention in recent months.

The investigation is still pending, and officials have not yet made any official arrest announcements.
