More people are acing management positions, but men are nearly two times more probable to be among the highest-earning. The worst sex give spaces are found in some of the highest-paying sectors.

Only one-third of the population in 2024 and 25 will do a thorough gender pay gap analysis to determine the root causes of their gender pay gap.
