Magistrate Michelle Hodgson described the allegations as “very serious” in the Melbourne Magistrates ‘ Court on Tuesday night. Pilichowski’s defense did not request parole.

As Hodgson remanded him to appear before the court on June 16, Pilichowski sat with his eyes closed as he was seated wearing a black piece of pants.

” I can see the appearance of issue on your face, lord, but at this point in the day, there isn’t any application for loan tomorrow,” Hodgson said.

The accused was allegedly reversing his cocaine and was suffering from PTSD, the judge was informed.
