Aussie pop rockers 5 Seconds of Summer have announced they’re bringing their EVERYONE’S A STAR! World Tour home later this year, with five cities in their sights.
The four-piece alternative rock band, comprising Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings, and Michael Clifford, will perform in Brisbane on October 28 before singular shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and a finale at Perth’s Kings Park on November 6.
Following their most recent tour Down Under in 2022, the Youngblood hitmakers will be joined by indie Aussie group Cub Sport for their next local adventure.
5 Seconds of Summer, often referred to as 5SOS, launched their global tour in Europe in March, with the UK and US on their radar for the coming months.
Forming in Sydney in 2011, the group began as high school mates and soon began posting to YouTube to gain exposure.
In 2013 and 2014, they went on tour with the biggest boy band in the world at the time — One Direction — before breaking through on the global charts in 2014 with their first major hit She Looks So Perfect.
More than a decade later, 5SOS boasts six million concert tickets sold, 10 billion streams, and collaborations with industry heavyweights including The Chainsmokers and Good Charlotte.
Returning home in spring, the band will be armed with music from their sixth studio album Everyone’s A Star! which dropped in November 2025.
Fans can expect to hear fresh singles NOT OK, Boyband, and Telephone Busy.
