Children of Sir David Beckham were curious to know if receiving a knight meant anything specific for them.
The original England hockey captain joked that his children were particularly interested to learn if his new subject would have any benefits when he received the award from King Charles in November 2025. Brooklyn, 27, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and Harper, 14, with wife Victoria Beckham, are his children.
David said on talkSport,” My kids turned round to me and said,” Do we get any permissions?” like any other?
I thought,” Well, apart from the ones you now got, completely not.” “
The 51-year-old withdrew sportsman, who was awarded an OBE in 2021 by the late Queen Elizabeth, acknowledged that there hasn’t been a single thing in his life since earning his knights.
He stated,” My only thing that changed was the note paper I send out to people in ] thank you letters. The sole significant change was in that regard.
Victoria and David, David’s parents, Victoria, and their three youngest children, all gave the impression that David had the best day of his life, aside from important family milestones.
He said,” I mean ,]the ceremony ] was unbelievable. Another than, of course, when my kids were born and when I got married, it was probably the best day of my life. That was unusual to collect.
Before the service, Victoria claimed that it was “everything” and meant a lot to their relatives.

After receiving his knight at Windsor Castle, David’s eldest son Brooklyn, who is separated from the family, recently admitted to sheding” a few tears.”
He later stated to The Sun paper,” To be honest, today has been such an emotive time — more emotion than emotions.
There have been a lot of sentiment and a few tears. It’s been a really special time. It’s something that we can all proud of as a home now.
To had grown up in the East End of London, to have always wanted to play football professionally, to always want to represent my country, and everything else that has come when has been so unique.
To have my wife and I present to observe with my kids and my parents at home today, it makes it a very personal day.
To get such a significant honor from His Majesty the King, a man who is among the most upscale and regarded in the world, and a man who is also one of the most prestigious and valued institutions.
It’s a pretty strange time for me, as a Leytonstone boy, to stand immediately before His Majesty and be knighted in Windsor Castle.
