The Indian team are all set to return to Belfast after a gap of 19 years as the schedule for the T20I series against Ireland was released by the BCCI on Saturday, March 21. India will be taking on Ireland in two T20Is ahead of their white-ball tour of England in July, with both matches happening in Belfast.

This will be India’s first T20I assignment after their T20 World Cup 2026 win and comes right after the conclusion of the ODI series against Afghanistan. India are set to take on Afghanistan in a one-off Test followed by a three-match ODI series after the IPL 2026 concludes. The ODI leg wraps up on June 20, before India begin their tour against England with the first T20I on July 1.
