Former Broncos and Maroons person detained after allegedly committing Dp offenses

According to reports, original NRL and State of Origin person Chris Walker has been detained on the Gold Coast on Saturday evening in connection with domestic violence claims.

A 46-year-old Currumbin Waters gentleman was detained on Saturday night and eventually charged with a number of domestic violence crimes, according to Queensland Police.

Around 5:50pm, officers arrived at a Whitsunday Drive, Currumbin Waters handle after learning that a man was wanted for allegedly taking domestic violence offender to be in prison a short while later, according to a statement from the authorities.

They confirmed that a 46-year-old man from Currumbin Waters has been accused of a serial offence, including three counts of popular abuse and one count of using a carriage service to intimidate, harass, or otherwise harass someone, as well as immoral stalking, intimidation, harassing, or abuse.

On Monday, he is scheduled to appear in Southport Magistrates Court.

According to Nine News, Walker allegedly fled in a van down a local road after being detained by police at his residence before abandoning the vehicle and running over gates and into a local backyard.

Apparently, officers patrol the streets in the Currumbin Waters neighborhood of Whitsunday Drive.

He was later discovered after a two-hour search, and he was alleged to be hiding under a pontoon in local rivers.

From 1999 to 2011, Walker played for a number of venues in the NRL, most importantly the Brisbane Broncos and the Sydney Roosters. Additionally, he had work experiences with the European league Catalans Dragons, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Melbourne Storm, Gold Coast Titans, Parramatta Eels, and Gold Coast Titans.

In the State of Origin collection of 2001 and 2002, he likewise played for the Queensland Maroons.
