Actor Anand Deverakonda on Wednesday offered fans a glimpse into his family’s celebrations by sharing a dance video featuring himself, his brother Vijay Deverakonda, Rashmika Mandanna, and several friends. The video, posted on March 11, shows the group dancing on a lawn, amid Vijay and Rashmika’s wedding festivities.
The couple got married on February 26 in an intimate ceremony in Udaipur, attended by close friends from the industry and their families. The event marked the end of years of speculation about their relationship status.

Family dance video goes viral
In the video, Vijay is seen wearing a colourful shirt and white trousers, while Rashmika appears in shorts and a shirt. The group dances to the song Sancharame from Anand’s upcoming film Epic. They are seen enjoying the moment together.
In the caption, Anand captured the mood of the video by saying, “It looks chaotic, but we were really happy in the moment, listening to Sancharame. And what could bring more joy than traveling and dancing alongside those you love (sic)?”
Welcoming Rashmika into the family
Anand earlier welcomed Rashmika into the family, saying, “There were so many times when fans would shout, ‘Vadina, ela unaru?’ (How is your sister-in-law?) and I never quite knew how to react (sic).”
He went on to express his happiness at seeing his brother married and gaining a new family member. “Today, my brother is married, and I’ve gained the most positive and compassionate person as my Vadina. I pray that for the rest of their lives, they continue to smile just like this. To a lifetime together!,” he added.
Wedding celebrations in Udaipur and Hyderabad
The couple’s private wedding ceremony in Udaipur incorporated both Andhra and Kodava traditions. Rashmika introduced Vijay as her ‘husband’ in a social media post shortly after their wedding.
The celebrations extended beyond family circles. On March 1, the couple arranged for trucks filled with sweets to be sent to major cities across India, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. They also organised Annadanam at 16 temples nationwide.
After returning from Udaipur, Vijay and Rashmika hosted a grand reception in Hyderabad. Several notable film industry figures, including Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Kriti Sanon, and Karan Johar, attended the reception.
Upcoming projects
On the professional front, the couple will soon appear together in Ranabaali, their first project as a married couple.
Meanwhile, Anand’s film Epic is set for release, with Sancharame already making an appearance in the family’s celebrations. The release date of the film has not been announced yet.
