The veteran Nationalist Congress Party (SP) leader and the fourth-time Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Sharadcharandra Pawar, was admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic Hospital in Pune again on Sunday. According to his daughter and the MP from Baramati, Supriya Sule, the veteran leader has been suffering from a cough and throat infection. As his condition deteriorated, the family decided to admit him to the private hospital for further medical observation and care.

The 85-year-old leader was brought to the same hospital last week, as he complained of difficulty breathing and a persistent cough. Further diagnosis showed that the leader had a chest infection, and as a result, he was under supervision for a few days.
The veteran leader was brought back to his residence last Saturday. The doctors advised him to rest for three to four days.
“Accordingly, he will rest at home and will resume his daily work thereafter,” Supriya Sule wrote on X after Pawar was discharged from the hospital. She also expressed her gratitude to all the doctors at the Ruby Hall Clinic on behalf of Pawar.
“He (Pawar) sincerely thanks everyone for inquiring about his health. He also expresses heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and supporting staff at Ruby Hall Clinic who treated him and took care of him,” Sule further wrote.
This is a developing story. It will be updated.
