HCL Tech Dividend: HCL Tech on Tuesday, April 22, announced dividend and FY26 Q4 earnings. The company on Tuesday announced a dividend of Rs 18 per share for the financial year 2024-25. The record date has been fixed as April 28 and the payment date as May 6.
“The board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the company for the financial year 2025-26,” HCL Tech said in a BSE filing.

This is the 89th consecutive quarter of dividend payout, it added.
Earlier in January, HCL Tech announced the fourth interim dividend of Rs 18 per share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25). This includes a special dividend of Rs 6 per share to celebrate 25 years of the company’s public listing.
“The record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be April 28, 2025 and the payment date of the said interim dividend shall be May 6, 2025,” the company said.
HCL Tech on Tuesday reported an 8 per cent rise year-on-year in its net profit to Rs 4,307 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. The IT major’s revenue from operations during January-March 2025 increased 6 per cent to Rs 30,246 crore, compared with Rs 28,499 crore in Q4FY24.
