HDFC Bank Dividend 2025: HDFC Bank on Saturday said its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 22 per equity share (or 2,200 per cent of the share’s face value) for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend has been fixed as Friday, June 27, 2025.
“The Board also recommended a dividend of Rs. 22 per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid up (i.e. 2200 per cent) for the FY 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive the said dividend is Friday, June 27, 2025,” HDFC Bank said in a BSE filing.

Shares of HDFC Bank on Thursday closed at Rs 1,906.55 apiece on the BSE, which is 1.53 per cent higher than its previous close. The stock market was closed on Friday on account of ‘Good Friday’.
HDFC Bank Dividend History
Last year, the lender had declared a final dividend of Rs 19.5 for the financial year 2023-24. It had announced Rs 19, Rs 15.5 and Rs 6.5 for FY23, FY22, FY21, respectively.
HDFC Bank Q4 Results
HDFC Bank, India’s largest private sector lender, on Saturday reported a 6.68 per cent rise in its standalone net profit to Rs 17,616.14 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25). The lender reported interest income of Rs 77,460 crore during the January-March quarter of 2024-25, compared to Rs 71,473 crore in the same period a year ago.
Its net profit had stood at Rs 16,511.85 crore in the corresponding period last year (Q4 FY24).
